First of all, just do not use this company. Their only purpose is to take your money and do the best they can to keep it as long as possible - with no service actually provided.
I ordered in-air Internet service to use on a trip to Europe. The airline was United. Even though United is listed as one of their partners, United does not recognize gogoair.com as a business partner, and hence, the service was not available on United flights.
After the trip, I contacted gogoair.com to get a refund and then realized I was charged twice for the same service. After many days, I finally got the refund from gogoair.com and my bank backed out the other charge (gogoair.com said it was the bank's fault for the double charge).
Now I have been charged again for service I did not request. I was told by "Customer Care" it would take 7-10 business days for the "finance team" to get back to me.
