Please don't make that mistake and hire these people. They are thrives and liars especially that negotiated they have at the Houston office .They scammed me out of money, Please don't make that mistake I did .
You are a horrible Law Firm that claim you care about people but you don't. Because of your reckless law firm. I Lost my truck and I'm about to loss my home. You never settle my claim and hang up on me every time I call your office.
You hired customer service reps to handle my claim who were unknowledgeable. Your firm would have did better to hire a 10 year old to handle my case then the staff you have in place. And when I ask for a attorney it took 10 calls and 3 days for me to speak with a attorney.
Each time I ask to speak with a attorney your office would hang up on me or place me on hold for a long time and never come back to the phone and your customer service you brag about I never experienced good customer service for your office. But I did attempt to let you know about my experience and you refused to take my calls.
We were without transportation and thats hard when your a single mom with 4 kids and 1 car which has been totaled out. Things just got worse and worse. I took my income tax money and purchase a truck from the Dallas auction which ended up having a bad motor. I called your office and talk to one of your Jr attorneys because you wouldn't take my calls and he promised the repair guy that he would have a check sent over for me to get my truck on Monday.
But when Monday came the attorney lied and said he never told the repair guy that so they took my truck that I had spent my last money on. But tht repair guy did do one thing for me he gave me a letter stating what your attorney told him. I still have that letter. I just feel that someone should know who you are and how you operate.
You claim you care people and your clients but its all just a BIG BIG LIE!! But the truth is you could really careless about the people you hurt and mislead.. I had a witness who you never talk to until a month later. You office is careless in their practice. Its sad that no one knows how you truly operate. So stay off of the radio and the television lying to the public
And PEOPLE SHOULDN'T SAY YOU BETTER CALL (I JUST GOT HIT!!!) WHAT A JOKE....
So stop lying to the public and tell them about all the cases you sweep under the rug..
