I placed an online order for an iPod 5 for my son for Christmas. Before placing my order, I asked multiple questions to this company pertaining to the product, via email. Once I placed my order, I got instructions on how to pay for my item so that it would be shipped in time enought to receive by Christmas.
Once, I made my payment via Western Union, I was to give this company my confirmation number from Western Union and in return they would ship the item asap and give my tracking number. After I provided them the requested info, I never heard another word from them.
The emails stopped, I never got a tracking number, and I never received my item. They have my money and I have nothing but a disappointed 9 year old at Christmas. I have sent tons of emails to them requesting this information and pleading for them to ship my item, but no reply. I placed my order on 12-16-14 and I've been emailing them every since pleading with them, but no reply.
