On Saturday, October 18, 2014, I received a call from "Go4emarket" informing me they were going to refund a dispute that I had with an internet company - ESupport-live" in the amoung of a $269.99. Go4emarket was acting as the agent for ESupport because their server was down.
I gave the company permission to remotely log into my personal PC. I was told that for me to get my refund, they need a credit card which was the one that I charged initially for ESupport and their services. The technician told me that my credit union would not accept the reimbursement and that I needed to have a money gram.
In the end, I was told that I needed to send $700.00 via MoneyGram which I did and called the company to infom them that that said amount was sent to an individual in China.
To my surprise, Go4emarket transferred $1,000.00 from my savings account into my checking account. I had given the technican my checking account number and the name of my bank. Then he accessed my account and had me to check my checking account balance where it showed an additional $1,000.00. From there, I was instructed to place a money gram in the amount of $700.00 to cover the transfer and for their refunt. It was not until the next day when I checked my bank account where I noticed the transfer of my funds from savings to checking.
On Sunday, October 19, I contacted Go4emarket of what happened and the technician told me it was an error on their part. I requested my $700.00 back which was told I could not.
I was deceived into thinking that I made a good jesture of thinking Go4emarket had put $1,000.00 into my checking account only to discoered they transferred without my permission this money. I discovered they also got 279.00 as a Money Gram that they fraudently took from my checking account.
Lastly, when I contacted this company on Monday, October 20, I was told that I would get a FedEx check in the amount of $1,500.00 but I had to wire them $500.00 which refused.
To others, please aware of this deceptive practice! Now, I have to get a new computer because Go4emarket to my concern - hacked into my computer and I do not trust what they would do with my on-line banking information. I called my bank and they have closed my credit card, savings and checking account so Go4emarket can not get any more money from me.
