Much like the person that posted earlier, this company stole my money. I purchased a side mirror for my Mazda Tribute in December 2013. After waiting for two weeks and not receiving any information about my order, I called, and called and called and was left on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. After a few emails I was finally told that my order was delayed due to the holidays. They told me that the order would be shipped out immediately and that my shipping would be refunded.
After about 2 weeks I got a mirror, but it wasn't what I needed. I emailed them about a refund. They told me to return the item in the original box for a refund. After waiting a month and not getting my money, I emailed them. They told me to have my bank refund my money. Really!!!! MY bank?!?!?! I told them that I disagreed with this a day after another month of emails they finally agreed to pay. They said that they would give me the money via PayPal.
I waited for two weeks, no money. I emailed them and about one week after my email they requested my PayPal account email address for the second time. Once again, I waited for 2 weeks. Still no refund!
I emailed again and again and again about this. I am still awaiting a response. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope that more dissatisfied people report them. It's a scam!!
Placed order over 1.5 weeks ago, right after placing the order I saw all the complaints about this site being a rip off. I called and emailed to cancel my order immediatly after placing the order. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response from this company. My error for not looking into them first of all. Do not use their site. It is a fraud.
