My sister in I received a coupon in the mail and called this company to clean the air ducks and furnace in my mothers home. Eric the manager of the company and his brother came by to evaluate the situation took all thereturns off the air ducts and proceeded to tell us what was needed.
They came up with a total of $1500 but by the time Eric left it was down to $989 that included two filters for the furnace. we've been booked an appointment for Saturday at 9 o'clock for the duct cleaners to show up. We waited over three hours and they never showed and they never called either. We called Eric and we called the office and scheduled another appointment specifying firmly it we need waste our time and we hope they will chill this time, Eric assured us they would.
They finally showed late cleaned the air ducts and the furnace which took over four hours to complete. They showed up without the screws for the return vents to be secured back to the wall, they did not have the two filters for my mother's furnace, but promised to come back on Monday with the screws for the returns and two filters for the furnace.
They never came back even after several calls to the office and to Eric who is supposed to be managing this company and to date we have not received the screws for the returns or the two filters owed us, or the check we requested for $55 for the two filters we never received.
After all of this we decided if we had them come back to clean the upholstery they would bring the filters and the screws so we made an appointment for them to come and clean my mothers sofa loveseat and recliner. Again, they never called and they never showed after we waited over four hours. Eric called me and was very apologetic, I was angry and he knew it and he promised to be there at a specific date and time we would be the first appointment and for sure someone would show up.
Once again, no one showed up, no one called and we made several calls to the office and to Eric. He found me and after I asked for the check for $55 for that filters for the furnace, he pleaded with me that he had to make this right and he would have the men come and clean the upholstery for free! Counting all the times green restoration didn't show equals four, because after the promises and his pleading to do the job for free no one showed again after a four hour wait.
We are both retired, my mom is 94 we only want our $55 back and some type of apology for what this company has put us through. For the company and Eric who handed both my sister and I cards to hand out and recommend them for services anyone with integrity would never recommend this company for their services.
There is no company worth dealing with that lies to you, disrespect you, does not call you at all, it isn't possible to deal with Green Restoration.
