In August of 2013, We were referred to Dawn McCraw, who is based in Tempe, AZ and runs a business called Go Clean Credit. http://www.gocleancredit.com/. We provided a payment of $3000 for her help in removing a negative report on our credit report. While not informing us, Dawn engaged with a separate company to do the actual work, Axsys, which is run by a a woman named Ela Kitchen. Dawn did not pass us off to Axsys, but maintained direct contact with us throughout the process. We never were diredtly contacted by Axsys. Axsys in turn contracted with another company, Technique Advisors, LLC.
While the agreement we signed noted Axsys in the heading, Go Clean Credit was the signer of the agreement, and was on the signature line. The agreement contained the promise of results or refund. Nothing was done for 3-4 months until I began pressing for answers. Then I was slow-walked until Axsys / Technique impersonated me with mail to the credit bureaus claiming I was the victim of identity theft, -without my knowledge. As you might imagine, this completly messed up my credit report and took some work to unravel. It was a stupid tactic as well as it wasn't going to accomplish the objective. Dawn, and an employee of Axsys, George Bosy, claimed they would take care of me and make things right, but this simply resulted in more slow-walking until I started protesting about the lack of action and progress. Then they stopped communicating. Obviously, no refund and more than a year of wasted time with these people.
