Glyde was recommended to me to sell a phone. I had a Samsung Galaxy SII in immaculate condtion. It was given to me with no scratches. I have pictures if you would like to see them
Glyde sold my phone to John Cheshier in Oklahoma City, OK. They sent me a box and I forwarded the phone to him dated September 5, 2014. Glyde contacted me and said the phone was not clean. They told me they were returning the phone to me. On September 28, 2014, I picked up my phone from the post office, when I opened the box the screen was shattered.
I immeadiataly contacted Glyde. After weeks of getting the run around I contacted the BBB. Glyde advised the BBB that they offered to pay me for the phone. That never happened, they never contacted me, they lied to look good. I have written numerous emails telling Glyde that regardless if my phone was clean or not, they broke the screen and should replace it.
My "case" was sent to the fraud department. I was emailed a list of ridiculous questions. Asking for the original bill of sale, monthly bill, account number, original account holders name, original phone number, . I answered all the questions to the best of my ability. It wasnt enough.
I explained to Glyde that its like driving with out insurance, and I am the one with insurance and they are trying to get of the accident they caused. I trusted Glyde to return my phone to me in the same condition it was when I mailed it to the potiential customer. The phone that was returned to me while in the custody of Glyde Corp, is broken, shattered screen, worthless. Glyde wont own up to there mistake and replace my screen, instead they are trying to make me look like a criminal.
I offered to send my phone to Glyde and let them fix it since that is what they can do but they said no. I am on disability, a fixed income and can not afford to put out $200. for a company to fix a screen that I didnt even break...Glyde did.
Found on Mergernetwork by someone looking for legitmate financing. After wasting a great deal of time I was put in tuch with a Middle Eastern Investor who after more research was found out to be complete fraud..
There website is too slick and not at all convincing BUT then anyone can put up a website on the Internet. Don't waste any time dealing with Mark Howard Baker, listed as the Executive Director. An anonomouse " JD " is the CEO and International Investor..
