Sent us additional and unwanted product without my knowledge and concent. charging $175.00 to my checking account causing overdraft fees. I do not want this product or any future products from this company.
I ordered the FREE TRIAL of Vitamax and somehow ordered the cleanse as well which did not mean to. The ship date of this item was on 12/03/14. I did not recieve the item until 12/8/14. I have only had this product for a week and got charged $89.95. I called the most ridiculous call center I have ever spoken with. Both people I talked to was extremely rude to the point where I couldn't even get a word in. The 2nd guy I spoke with began screaming at me then says "you know what Im going to get a supervisor to deal with you" puts me on hold for about 10 minutes. Then reconnects the line saying that the supervisor that handles these situations was not in the office until the next day. Now the first guy I spoke with had the nerve to tell me that managers do not take phone calls which I know is BS. I realize that this guy was trying trying to get me off the phone and lied saying I couldn't speak with a manager. I am now being told that I have to send the product back and as soon as they get their product that they will refund my money. Yeah right Im not that guliable, I know that I will not get my money back if I give them their product back considering I was charged for something way before the 14 days was up. Due to all of this I had my boyfriend go through the same website and start the ordering process to see if anything shows up about this charge. No where was there any indication of being charged $89.95 nor did it say anywhere that the 14 day trial period would start the DAY that it was ordered. It makes absolutely no sense to start a trial period when the customer doesn't even have the product yet. I haven't even had the product long enough to know if I want it or not. I am so disgusted by this company it is a complete ripoff and I don't understand how they are even still in business!!!!!
This company will RIP YOU OFF! Do not order any of thier products unless you read the super fine print. They advertise for a 14 day trial period, in which you pay about seven dollars (without shipping) for a bottle of the product. What they don't let you know until you recieve the product is that they will charge you after those fourteen days, and let me tell you its no small prices. They charge 90 dollars for one bottle. The customer service representitives are rude and try and rush you off the phone when you contect them.

After awaiting several weeks for delivery, I became concerned that I may have been scammed.The initial payment was deducted from my credit card on 25th October 2014. On the 25th November 2014 I received the package in my mailbox and thought "oh Good". On checking my creditcard statement online that afternoon, I was surprised to see that they had deducted Au$104.54. I immediately sent an email to their customer service stating I did not wish to continue the trial and asking for a refund as i had not had the chance to even open the bottle before being hit with onoing charges.
On 26th November I received an email stating they had tried to ring me, though no missed calls were evident on either my home phone or mobile phone. I again requested via email, a refund of the Au$104.54 and gave them 48 hours to respond. I have not heard back. I am now in the process of cancelling my credit card, which is a big inconvenience, but will pevent them from deducting further payments. I have also lodged a dispute with my bank over the unauthorised payment.
Perhaps this company should make allowances for overseas clients to have time to trial their product before actioning further payments.
