Sept 1st 2014 we moved back to Maricopa, AZ knowing there are higher rates for utilities, but housing is cheaper so, kind of a wash. This is more about customer service, and the children they have working in the billing department. Long story short...
I have all my first bills set up to come out auto-withdraw, and e-statements. Everything was all good, except for the first global water bill, paid the initial 165.00 deposit, never saw a first bill. So I called the automated line to get info, she gave an amount and said the due date was Nov 30th. I thought it was pretty far out there, but just figured whatev.
So here we are Oct 7th, and sure enough, 127.00 came out, that I wasn't prepared for. I called, asked the rep where my bill was, because all I have is a confirmation for auto-pay set up. Also asked him why I was told my bill wasn't due until Nov 30th.
"UGH....UGH... I don't know....thats weird", he said.
I said, do you have proof it was sent, and he said, "Yes, it was sent Sept 22nd" blah blah blah...pants on fire.
The owner of this company must have been bullied as a child and is now trying to get back at people or something...if you're moving there, get ready to bend over! LOL.
