Global Watch Brokers Tyler Gardner Al BoltonAndrew & Deihl I trusted GWB because of one earlier transaction. I sent $7500.00 (ring & bracelet) for their recommendation.as who to list them with for a possible sale. They sent me a shipping label & insured the jewely for $7,000.00. I have heard NOTHING from them. Mr. Gardner called twice with no info other than that he had the flu. I have emailed, called and called . . . NO RESPONSE! Atlanta Georgia
The client who wrote this article, we, Global Watch Brokers, has transacted with on two separate occasions. The first transaction was very easy because we were able to reach the client to smoothly transact. The last time we transacted there was a communication error due to the type of phone the client had. Unfortunately, we were unable to leave messages and, at times, the recording said the line was not in service.
We did pay the client once we were able to reach the client, and since that communication transpired the client has said she will take the negative post down because of the clear issue with her communication apparatus.
We always pay our clients and attempt to keep clear communication. We wish we controlled both sides of the relationship because everyone would be called, however that is an impossible task.
We contacted Global Watch Brokers for the purpose of selling our watch outright. Their website states customers will have "no problems getting paid". Well, there are very big problems getting paid from Tyler Gardner and Alim Bolton the dishonest owners of this sham of a company. They received our watch on December 22, 2014 for appraisal, we agreed on an amount to have them purchase the watch outright. we signed an agreement. They were supposed to wire funds to our bank when that didn't happen we spoke to Tyler Gardner and told him to mail a check, the check has been coming in the mail now for over a month. We also asked for the return of the watch, but that doesn't seem to be an option either. They lie ever time you speak to either one of them. We filed a complaint with the BBB, but they don't respond to that either. Filed a report with the FTC consumer affairs department and continuing on with filing complaints with other entities about this companies deceptive business practices. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
