I ordered a 30 day trial of Vitamax Garcinia Cambogia for weight loss. I never lost a pound while taking this drug and am v
ery dis-satisfied with the product.
Secondly, I just got my bank statement and found a charge for $89.95 for their product that I did not order!!!! I believe this to be fraudulent and need to know what I can do to get my money back.
Any help from you would be greatly appreciated as I am on a limited income and cant afford $90 for drugs that did nothing!!

I ordered a "trial" of a dietary supplement and was charged 5 dollars. No reciept, no confirmation email. When the product arrived several days later, again no receipt. Two weeks after recieving the product a charge of $89.95 appeared on my statement.
At this point, I called the company. I was informed that there was a 14 day trial period that, if not cancelled in that window, would become a monthly charge of $89.95. I explained that no paperwork was included with the purchase and no receipt or confirmation email was ever sent to me. I was told that my "subscription" would be cancelled so I would not receive any future charges but they would not accept a return for a refund of the initial order. Also they were doing me a "favor" by not charging a cancellation fee for my so called membership!
Why is this company still in operation? I see a lawsuit coming their way. This company is intentionally misleading consumers by not CLEARLY explaining the terms and conditions of their products and services.
I paid by Visa credit card $5.97 & $4.95. There was NO mention of any future charges to my credit card. My Visa credit statement shows unauthorized charges of $89.95 & $86.95 respectively on 8/1/14. I feel this is a fraudulant practice that needs to be brought to the Attorney General's attention with the Better Business Bureau's involvement to put a stop to this unethical, unscrupulous company. Any assistance in this matter will be appreciated.
I ordered Garcinia Cambogia & New Age Cleanse from a company called 'Global Vitamax' in Tempe, AZ via the Internet (tel # 800=640-3456). I paid by Visa credit card $5.97 & $4.95. Ordered bottle of eye cream for $4.95 S&h). Could not find anywhere on site regular price of cream. Would never dream they Your company) would charge such outrageous price! there is absolutely no way i can afford this! i have many medical obligations right now. Please reverse this!!!

I ordered a free sample from Global Vitamax because it was suggested to me. I thought I would give it a try because I plateaued in my weight loss and needed an extra push. Not only did it not help AT ALL, but I received two bank statements saying that I had paid $86.95 and $89.95 to the company.
I did not agree to pay for more of a product, nor did it say anywhere on the website that I would have to pay for anything at any point in time.
When I contacted the company, the man I spoke to, Brian, said that there was nothing the company would do about STEALING from me, and that I "must have misread the website." He was very rude, and did not seem to care that the company he works for is stealing from innocent consumers.
I have to pay rent and electricity, and do not have the money to do so because of this scam. If anyone out there can help me get my money back, please do! I work too hard for too many hours to have to deal with this.

I had ordered what said RISK FREE trial from Global Vitamax . it came within 5days however it is not risk free they charged my bank 89.00$ for the free trail nothing addithional was ever sent . When i contacted them they stated that the 89$ came form the 14 free trial membership so i was charged for something that was free and if they took that much money i should have a BUTT LOAD of pills i recived 30 and that 30 cost me 89$ what a rip off i am only sharing my experience so that hopefully other people out there will not be ripped off
