These people are professional scam artists. Do not use them for your move or you will truly regret it. All of the complaints you have read are true. I experienced similar issues with my recent move. And when I filed a claim for missing and damaged items, they continually gave lame excuses and never paid the claim. They recently lost their Department of Transportation moving license so they will hopefully go out of business soon. But in the meantime, do yourself a huge favir and avoid this company at all costs.
