Please stay away from this company. I bought a poster and it arrived damaged. The website says you need a RMA before you can return it. I called 8 times and there was no answer. Credit card company called and there was no answer as well. Once the credit card company opened a dispute, I received a call.
They gave me an RMA but told me more than 6 times to make sure I sent the item USPS and to make sure I bought insurance. I thought that was a funny request since the item was damaged but I followed there request.
I received an email when the item arrived that they were refunding only 50% to me and that I need to file a report with the USPS in order to get my money. There was nothing wrong with the package. When I called they kept saying they would be more than happy to help with all the paper work for the USPS refund.
Lying to the US post office is a Federal offense. The company is not responsible or ethical.
