I signed a contract for Glencore with Mark Miller to build me an email list and send out 4 monthly email campaigns for me. First off, I had to stay on top of them to get my emails blasted out for me and to give me a delivery report. When I finally received my email list I was appalled because the list contained so many emails of people who would not even be interested in my services. I specifically asked for a list of people who would be interested in math education and my list contained art, drama, physical education, and even welding instructors. The list was so bad. It even contained symbols and elements that let me know that it was a harvested list and not an opt in list. Most of the list was comprised of all the employees from specific school systems employee directories. When I contacted Mark Miller about this list, I did not receive a reply. I was scammed $2500. I will probably never trust another email marketing service again.
Our firm was victimized by Glencore Leads. They copied approximately 75,000 pages of our website, rebranded it on several different URLs, using our content to get web traffic for themselves. Same has been reported to the Chicago Police Department.
They operate in the shadows using fake names (usually TV characters). We can tell you for sure that Mark Miller is actually SEAN PRATSCHER, and Peter Smith is actually GEORGE LAMBERIS (Sean and George are likely co-owners of Glencore Leads).
The office addresses on their website is fake, we’ve learned through the court system their real address is 1622 PAYNE ST, EVANSTON, IL 60201. We’re working with 2 other companies whose content was also copied. Our goal is to prosecute them to the full extent of the law.
If your firm too has been victimized by George Lamberis, Sean Pratcher and Glencore Leads, please send your case details to and he will evaluate adding your complaint to our case.
