My prepaid card was charged $30.95 for a product or service I did not request or authorize on my account. I am without home right now and am on social security disability. I have a very low income and do not have enough money to last me for the month. I do not have the luxury to purchase anything more than basic necessities. Even then I have to go without food and at times without shelter. So I know $30.95 may not seem like much but it has put me in an even more severe hardship than I am already experiencing. With that being said, regardless of my financial difficulty I still believe that this must stop. How many people are being affected by this? I want this to be looked into and hopefully stopped. It's unfair to everyone regardless of there financial situation.
I was checking my account this morning and noticed there was 2 unauthorized withdrawals from a company I hadn't heard of. I tried to contract them with the number that was on my statement and did not get any response.
The 2 withdrawals on the same day, one for $1 and the other for $28 and some change. I don't understand how a company can do this and not be punished with fraud chargesor theft charges. If one of us took money without authorization , that is considered theft...shouldn't companies that do this be held to the same laws?
This transaction also overdrew my checking account. I am very upsetand not sure how they got my information. As I reiterate, I never gave this company authorization to withdraw money from my account. I only think it is fare that I receive my money back and the over draft charges.
I started this program back in January and cancelled the membership after the free trial was over. Since then this site has charged me $151. I need a refund. This is ridiculous
09/10 GLD MYSCORE 855-3319581 TN billed me 29.95 for nothing that I know of I have reported it to my VISA card company they said they would send me a questionare to fill out as soon as possible they have billed this using my credit card which I do not know how they got it.
