I never authorized this company to withdraw $29.95/mo for their services. I'm disabled and live on a fixed income, I just can't afford it and I didn't need it. In addition to the debits, they caused me a $36 overdraft fee on a bank account I was closing.
When I attempted to close the bogus account and get a refund of my money, I waited on a lengthy hold with music ever increasing in volume (is this a tactic to get people to hang up?)
Then a very rude customer service rep comes on the line. He challenges me when I tell him I never signed up for the service. "Did I want my credit scores?". "No" I say, I already have service through 2 other very reputable services (Experian and Transunion). He asks why I wanted my credit scores, was I trying to buy a house? why did I want my scores....NONE OF HIS BUSINESS! He tries to sell me on why I should keep it.
I tell him I don't want any schpiels, I just want a refund of my money. There was no effort to look at "my' account and offer a refund. In my experience, employees who are rude and uncooperative are meant to be deterrents to getting true "customer service". They make it impossible for resolution.
I told the man that I was going to file complaints with BBB and CPS. He doesn't care. He wants to argue with me instead and demands that I be quiet and listen to him so he can state his case.
Very frustrating! This company owes me $60.90 for 2 mos "service" plus the $1.00 fee and the $36 overdraft fee charged by my bank. I want my $96.90 back!

Also, the company has made many changes to attempt to cover tracks however reframe from using this company because they are not legit and only refund customers who call in with banks on the line and those who are lucky to get their money back have to wait for long periods of time. In additon, so call managers who reprsent the company have limited access to process refunds they simple enter steps into the system and it has to go to another process that they can not control.

I would like GLD myscore to return the money that they took from my account. I only did thar myscore 3 times and I am becoming very broke because they will not stop taking the money from my account... I live on disability and don't get much on that as is.
