I have been a very good customer for 3 years and have bought 20 pairs of glasses. I am very disappointed at the way I have been treated in my last interactions around a pair of Karl Lagerfeld glasses that has a broken arm mechanism. I was told many different things by many different customer service representatives but no one is helping me. I went to two eyeglass stores after I was told by your representative there was a way to fix the arm. Both stores said it is broken and not fixable. It is within the warranty period. I was then told by your representative Kalem that I could get any replacement frame of my choice for the full price of the pre-discounted Karl Lagerfeld frame.....then this was changed to that I could only get the exact same frame which you no longer carry. I was then told by your representative that I could get 32 or 34 dollars credit which is not what I paid. This is not acceptable. I would like the New Round Oval Converse Optical Frame Z001 UF Matte Black. You say on your website that you match other people's price. Please either match your competitors $19.95 price or give me the 50% discount you always have previously provided during sales. I think you should provide a good customer, such as myself, with good service.

I received from Glassesusa.com, an ad for 50% off glasses. I created an account, entered my debit card information, entered my prescription, and placed my order. I immediately cancelled my order when I realized the glasses were not 50% off. They were full price. But it was too late. The company had already pulled the funds from my account.

I received an automatic reply from Rocco Shemtov, Returns and Exchanges, confirming cancellation of the order, but the e-mail also advised that it could take up to 30 days for a refund.

They pulled the money from my checking account within 30 seconds, but "it may take 30 days for a refund!" Totally unethical.

Its now 8 days since I placed (and cancelled) my order, still no refund.

I ordered 2 frames with lenses may 2014,They had a no question return policy ,I recived the glasses and the power was wrong and when i returned them and asked for a refund the phone number provided is just an answering service as they have no idea of how to refund the money and calim the refund will be provided withen 5 days,It has been 2 months and i keep calling and they say the same thing,They play you around and hope you forget about your money.

Scam and ripoff ,once they take your money thats it,You will never hear any thing from those thefis in israel.
