Ghost Tours Texas, Owner Lauren Kirby/Palmer portrays herself and her company as a Tracy Richardson/ Texas Ghost Tours. Lauren Kirby has stolen money and tax money from Texas Ghost Tours customers, she knows its wrong but she doesnt care. You can tell her 100x and she will just say that they are the same company. BUT THEY ARE NOT! When Lauren Kirby/ Palmer is confronted by Texas Ghost Tours she says "The customers will not know the difference." But the are COMPELETLY DIFFERENT! The tour that Ghost Tours Texas offers, is a waste of 2 hours. And its easy to figure out when people leave before the tour is over, and they come back saying "What a waste of time and money" or "That was f****** boring." And when the customers are confrotned about what tour they were supposed to be on, they tell us and when they try to get the voucher,cash and/or tax money back, she refuses to give it back. Also when confronted by Texas Ghost Tours, about where all of the cash and vouchers are she says " I forgot to bring them" or " I dont have them" or " Ill mail them to you" and yet there is NOTHING.
Ghost Tours Texas is so low that they hire drunk tour guides to do the tours. Not only is that a safety hazard, but its bad rep for the company. Also they owner isnt the one that does the tours. When the owner does come out she is dressed head-to-toe, in a trash hot pink pirate outfit and skechers shape ups, and when you think that she is the one doing the tour, David the Drunk Pirate or Linda Flores the conartist comes, and Lauren takes off with the money and leaves.
The main problem with Ghost Tours Texas is the stealing money and the portrayal of another company to take customers hard earned money, and the waste of a time that they provide.
