Both my husband and I paid $300.00 each for this service. We heard about it on NPR and foolishly assumed that it was reputable business providing a service that many need giving this economy.
IT IS NOT. Needless to say they did absolutely nothing after 1 year. We called them every month hoping to see some progress or some change but nothing. Nothing ever changed on our credit reports.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Customer service is rude and unwilling to help this entire operation is a scam. They make a lot of promises and keep none. We were not expecting miracles.
We conceded that if half of what was advertised was completed, we would be happy with the results. The truth is I could have done this on my own and still have $300.00 in my pocket.
These people keep putting you off until they run out of excuses then they stop taking your calls. You can never find a supervisor or manager or anyone of any authority. They will take money from you with every great sounding promise imaginable. But they never deliver anything. I was very disappointed.
Ok, so here's the deal. I had called Get Your 720 to get some information on their process and costs. They were very respectful, but at the time, I didn't have the money to pay for it. They called, at least once a month, until I was ready to pay. They were always very respectful, and weren't pushy, so I thought they were pretty legitimate. So eventually, I paid for their services. I have recieved two of my three credit reports. I have called and left at least a dozen messages to speak to someone. I have emailed them, and still nothing. I can get a hold of someone to take more money and "upgrade" my account, but if I want to talk to someone about what's going on and give them the information to get started on my credit repair, no one wants to contact me. I only saw 3 bad reports on ripoff report, and thought maybe they were just a couple bad customers, but after dealing with this myself, now I know it's just that not a lot of people file a report.
