My husband called and spoke to an Eric. He asked for Cape Cod in the appropriate dates allowed and was informed they had nothing, not even near the Cape. Really? Considering it will be after season and most places are empty then it didn't make sense. I tried calling the next day and after being on hold for 11 minutes I was told to leave a message with my number and then they hung up. They said they will call back in 1 to 2 days. Don't worry I won't wait but will try calling again. Next step after this if they don't complete anything on their end but keep our money will be contacting the Attorney Generals in FL and NY states.
I donated my van to kars 4 kids and got a voucher for 3/4 nights at a hotel. Called them at Get Away To Paradise and they were horrible needless to say this is a worthless voucher.
