Georgia Towing in North Cranbury has tried for years to do a title transfer of my vehicle they towed back in 2010 and never tried to notify me they had my vehicle. I still had a loan on this vehicle with my bank which they also didnt notify. My license plate, insurance card, registration card, and other identifyable documentation in or on my vehicle should have easily told them who owned the vehicle.
After 3 years of paying the loan on my vehicle and trying to find it. I eventually stopped paying which forced my bank to help me find my vehicle in 2013. I have had several discussions with the owner (Tony) who is so dishonest it is appalling he is still in business. He tried to tell me how he tried to find me but didnt know which state to search for me (see above sentence on how hard it must have been for him with my insurance card, registration card, sticker on car, etc). Then he said later after I bought that up how some make believe relative (my father) told him I didnt want it (My father has been dead since 1988 and he didnt have a name of who my father is because of course he doesnt know who I am to be able to say my father --if you want to believe either lie of he didnt know who i was to find me or my father told him i didnt want the vehicle.
I am going to sue this company and with my hopeful settlement, he will be removed indefinitely from this business so others do not have to deal with his kind.
