After numerous attempts to contact anyone at this company about our lease, including the ""smooth-talking"" sales representative that got us into this deal, we have had absolutely no luck. No on ever calls us back. (With the exception of the original salesman, Mr. Tony Craig, who simply says he cannot help us, and more recently when I tried to talk to him, actually called me and my wife a liar). Not very conducive to good customer relations.
We were trying to find out what our buyout costs would be as we were approaching the end of our three-year lease. During the original conversations, I was told we have a choice between a $1 buyout, or a percentage, which Mr. Craig said would be around 3-5% of the original cost of the items. In my latest conversation with him, he now tells me that it will be FMV for the buyout. I would NEVER have agreed to a FMV buyout! I went back and looked at the agreement we signed, and sure enough, it does indeed say FMV! I admit I had not noticed it before, assuming these people to be honest and dealing with me in a fair manner. Unfortunately, that is not the case. In my view, this is a clear case of ""bait and switch"".
Additionally, as others have stated here about this company, we never received any final paperwork from them. Never.
I do not know at this point what the final outcome will be, as I cannot get anyone on the phone to talk to, and responses to numerous messages I have left have gone unanswered. So, it is possible that we may come to an amicable settlement. I just don't know.
I would say to anyone considering this company for a lease, be careful, and read everything, including the fine print before you sign. I simply do not know if these people are trustworthy.
