I paid for a jewelry load and it was cherry picked all the 18kt gold was missing out of load and when i filed a dispute they responded by saying You have no proof it wasn't there.This on top of them over charging me for delivery by almost $1500 which was returned weeks later..DO NOT BUY FROM GENCO.
Genco promises one thing, and delivers another. My partner and I bought a truck load of what we hope was tools that we can resale and make our money back, but unfortunately for us we got suckered. I was told a "truck load" by my sales person. Well what we received us only 200 pieces! ! Now I'm stuck trying to get a hold of someone, no reply.
