Gem Pratts is a scam artist and scammed me out of a $4000 investment back in Feb 2013. We had a signed agreement that he would repay the initial investment along with interest. He promises to pay but never shows up. I currently have a court approved judgment against Mr. Pratts. On August 23, 2014, Mr. Pratts signed another legal agreement that included a payment schedule and late fees assigned if payments were not made. To this date, he has yet to make one payment. Not one penny!! He currently owes me over $25,000 due to the court judgement and occurring late fees. The amount grows daily!
I am sure there are more victims out there and I will find each and every one of them. Together, we can stop this man from scamming any other individuals and have him put behind bars. He runs his scam nationwide, so please reach out if you are a victim or if you are an attorney who would like to see justice served. This man needs to be stopped before one more victim falls into his trap! Please avoid doing any deals with him or any of his companies he sets up! The company names change often!

We had a signed agreement, although basic because I had met him and trusted him, for him to pay back the original investment plus 25% within 90 days. It is now July 2014 and he hasnt sent me my money or willing to make payments to me. Please avoid doing any deals with him or his company We Buy Electronics.

I lent Mr. Pratts/We Buy Electronics $10,000 on (or about) January 24, 2014, for the purchase of electronics for re-sale, to be paid back by February 6, 2014. To date, Mr. Pratts has paid back only $300. He continually promises to pay back the remainder, but then repeatedly fails to do so.
I know that Mr. Pratts has done the same thing to at least one other individual. And, from what I can see on-line, it appears there are more such persons.
