First I signed up for the anti virus Comodo then they used my contactc info to contact me and ask if I wanted computer support. I was having problems so I agreed. Then they said it was a driver problem and it would be extra. I had reloaded all my drivers already but it didn't fix the problem so I agreed. Then they couldn't fix it either so they reloaded an earlier version of windows. That finally fixed the problem buy I couldn't get my money back for not fixing with the drivers. This all took over 8 hours probably rebooting 20 times, I had to sit by my computer asking for bathroom breaks etc. Then two days later the same problem. I don't want to spend another 8+ hours on the computer.
You can tell they are working on other peoples problems because they take 5 or 10 minutes getting back to you on easy questions.
