On December 10, 2014, I purchased three pair of leggings from GearXS.com. When I received the items, two of the leggings were colors I did not order. They were actually horrible colors. After six weeks of waiting for them to correct the problem and replace the leggings with the right colors, I gave up. This company says one thing but never follows through. On Jan 30, 2015, I returned the two leggings to them using the label that the company sent me with RA #20259266 on it. On Feb 2, 2015, USPS Tracking Number #9400 1102 0152 2000 6361 78 showed that they had received the package. I had filed a dispute with Discover Card on the purchase price with the realization that this company was more than likely scammers. On Feb 25th, Discover Card received a response to the dispute from GearXS. They stated they had never received the returned items. Of course I was very angry and gave Discover card the tracking number and the RA number to prove it.
This has been a horrible experience which I hope to let everyone know about so that they do not buy from this company. I believe they knew they were out of the colors that I ordered and sent on purpose two horrible colors. After six weeks of trying to get them to send me the right colors, they stated they were out of stock. Now over two months out, and I am still waiting for them to credit back my refund.
Please save yourself the grief and do not buy from this company.

Update: 14 days later and it is just sitting someplace in Illinois. They only JUST sent it yesterday the order was placed on Dec. 10 and not even taken to the post office until Dec. 23. COMPLETELY unacceptable...WOW.
Update: Now it's Dec. 29 and they sent me an email today saying the package is marked as "shipped." LOL, it took them SIX DAYS after they sent it to send me an email saying they did...and I still don't have it!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY.

This statement is off their website. Their number 1 priority is to separate you from your money. The products they sell, they do not stand behind. I contacted them about a electronic soap dispenser that just never worked right and then just stop working all together. It was in month 2 of receiving it. I sent an email telling them of the defective unit. This is what I received back.

I was not asking to return a product which I decided I no longer wanted. I was advising them of a defective product. They are an eBay store and eBay does nothing to handle the people who get screwed over by this company. Just this month, they have over 400 negative issues. Of course that may seem small as they sell 1000's of products...but there does not seem to be away to go back after 30 days to make any comment on eBay about the junk they sell. I will never buy a thing from them again. This item cost me around $10.00. It is not the money, it is about no concern to take responsibility for defective products And lack of customer support...
I purschased 2 sets of Lexington Series 1800 count microfibersheets, six piece set. The colors I got were spot on beautiful, I was so excited until I opened the package.
What I got made me so angry, as Iheld the sheets up I realized that I could see light through them and not only light I could see my television. I could actually see the picture. Then the fitted sheet was not one continous piece but several pieces sewn together and the elastic was so thinI was afraid that if I pulled it it would snap it was so thin. Not microfiber not hardly.
I contacted Ebay and opened a case. Well they agreed to a full refund but I had to pay shipping and tracking costs,$14. Money I can't get back. Went back and read reviews horrible and complaints about the same item I purchased. Shame on Ebay to allow they to continue on thir website.
