In 2009 Freddy Belch and Zo Klimowicz promise to build a website for me but instead they built nothing but debt for me to pay off. I paid Freddy Belch over $8,000 over a several months to build a website. Every time Freddy came to pick up a check I asked him to please show me their progress but he always told me "later". At some point of time Zo became very uncooperative and unprofessional and had to excuse himself from all conversations and meetings due lack of professional conduct. Over several months Freddy Belch promise to deliver a functional website but not once did he show me any line of code, graphic design or framework. He showed me NOTHING! The day Freddy came to collect his another check, I begged him to please show me something... anything! and all he said was "make another payment and I will next week". I told him I will not pay another cent until he showed me what I have paid for so far. Freddy got frustrated and angry and confessed he wasn't developing the project and that hinted that the money and project was being held for ransom. I told Freddy show me my website or I will forced to file a lawsuit. He refused...
I file a law suit against Freddy Belch and Zo Klimowicz and won against Freddy Belch by default for over $9,000. Zo worked very hard at hiding from the process servers and using friends and family to cover for him. Freddy didn't even have the courage to show up to court. I have spent years calling, emailing and trying to track Freddy Belch down to get my money back. Every time I got Freddy to reply he would just make excuses and verbally attack me and blame his failure on me. It is now June 2014 and I am still suffering the financial consequences of doing business with Freddy and Zo. These guys have no morals, no ethics, no conscious, no remorse, no guilt and have no desire to conduct their life with any professional ethics!
I will never end my hunt to get my hard earned money back that Freddy and Zo stole to spend on everything but my website. Instead I'm sure they spent it on their cars, women, food, entertainment but not my project!
If a customer pays a developer money, whatever a developer creates with that money belongs to the customer PERIOD!
