I was referred to Gateway by my realtor to obtain pre-approval, I scheduled an appointment, secured my tax returns, invoice stubs and pay stubs. I informed Todd Hennessy, that my taxes did not reflect my actual income due to an employment situation that later settled. I provided Todd with the documentation proofing what I mentioned. Todd pre approved me, I found a house and went back to Todd with the same docuementation paid his fee just to be told that I was not approved based on a credit score of 649, I asked Todd to rerun because the score had improved to a 680. My income was more than enough and I was willing to pay20% down. to add to injury, the denial was based on a score he ran in January and then to state income could not be verified was just a bold face lie!!!! Please Run Run Run and find a company that respects customer service!
