I spent $500 for 10 roundtrip airline tickets for anywhere in the world plus $20 for each ticket to cover handling. I sent in my first request in October of 2003 and have not received a voucher. The Guest is the name of the company. Gary Williams was the agent's name. To track status, an email address was given of http://www.massmarketingprogram.com/tickets/status.asp, and there's no phone number or fax number or other email number. I wrote to The Guest and have received no response. This is really a ripoff and the Better Business Bureau of New York should do something about these crooks.
