Don't order this product!! Buyer BEWARE!! I ordered the free trial as well, they took the money out of my account right away. When I didn't receive anything in two weeks, I called to find out the status. A very rude young lady answered the phone explaining that although I had been charged everything was back ordered and she didn't know when it would ship. She offered to extend my trial period being I had already used a portion of it??? Are you kidding me, how have I used a portion of the trial period when I haven't even received the product!! She then went on to tell me she could extend the time so that I wouldn't be auto billed the $90.00 a month for the product... Again, what product I never received anything!! No where on the website that I ordered from did it talk about a monthly auto payment. Risk Free, no way!!! They have all your information and will do what they want without sending you anything!! Worst mistake ever!!!! Oh, don't forget they will add an auto Clense on your order as well you can't get it off the order another $4.95 shiping fee, but that's not even the half of it... Guess what when you call they are two seperate companies and they charge a $90.00 monthly auto ship as well. They are just as rotten as the other side of the house with not shipping the product either. When you call same answering system and same extentions. All LIES!!!! Please whatever you do, don't work with this or these companies!!!
I saw Garcinia Wow on web and ordered a bottle giving my credit card #.
got product ok, but when I tried to call to stop from getting more and stop charging my credit card they put on hold indefinatly and never answer. Sure enough I started getting charged every month.I called credit card company to get help in stopping payment and they said to call the company who wont answer the phone.
I just can't seem to get this company or who ever they are to stop charging my cerdit card. I'm thinking about canceling my credit card .This will probably be the only way to stop them from charging me. get a different credit card.
I found "GarciniaWow" in an advertisement from a legitimate sports website. An athlete was talking about how Garcinia helped him gain metabolism, have more enery, and burned more fat. There was quite a few people making reviews about it, I've even looked into the supplement itself and heard good things.
Knowing I wanted to lose weight and have been struggling with it, I decided to try it. On the site it said "Try a free trial of this product and only pay shipping." It said you could try it out, if it wasn't working or was causing problems then we could simply cancel. I will admit it was an impulsive purchase, but the advertisement of it was very appealing. I was spectucal due to the fact that I couldn't get back to the website to look back at it after I purchased, but once I received a confirmation order email I was more at ease with everything.
I only paid 4.95 and tried the product out. The product did give me more energy, but I was having more issues with it than the pros. I would feel dizzyness and felt I had higher/abnormal heart-rate and overall felt ill (plus I gained weight). I was going to cancel my free trial to avoid further issues, but before I could it was too late.
I got an alarming email from a place I have a legimate subscription, and they told me my card was denied/declined. I checked my bank account, and "Garcinia" charged me almost 90 dollars! I was confused and angry. I contacted them, and they said "oh, you only had '14 days' to try it, and you never called so we charged." (On that note, when I called the answering system was very unprofessional and didn't even tell me the company at which I was calling)
I can understand the monthly charge(10 dollars), but NINETY dollars? What for? This wasn't a hardcore program, it was just a supplement purchase. They didn't tell me why they charged me that stuff. They told me "you needed to read the fine line". So not only were they charging me that insane amount, but it didn't even include the monthly fee!
I tried explaining to them that I thought I had the standard 30 days to test it out. I informed them of my issues and how I was going to cancel and complain, but didn't realize how short the time limit. The lady tried telling me my symptoms weren't from the product but from other issues I have? (how would you even know?). THEN she told me "well you need to wait at least 4 to 6 weeks in order to feel the effect."
So you're telling me that it takes that long for it to work (all other sources or information about this product didn't say anything like that), but your company was going to charge that anyway?
Anyways, I explained to her "your company put my bank account under and is in insufficient funds status." I have a very limited income, but she didn't seem to care about what I was saying. She treated me like a I was a fool and should have read the "fine line". She initially offered to cancelled the subscription but not the 90 dollar charge. I refused, she then offered to take "30%" off of the charge. I asked to speak with a superviser, and she said "well everyone else is going to tell you exactly what I'm saying". I refused that answer, eventually she offered to give half of my money back and told me that's all she could do. I accepted that considering she refused to give me anything back at all at first.
Needless to say, this was an awful experience, and I lost 43 dollars. I've tried free-trials on other legimiate things in the past, and none of them have been this horrible. I will admit, I should have done my research and probably should have known better to impulsively buy this, but this IS a rip-off and scam in my eyes. I will never do anything like this again unless I do thorough research.
I'm also going to be consistantly checking my bank account to make sure they don't take anything else out.
