Ordered Instant Wrinkle Repair from TV Program the Doctors. Trial was sent for $4.95 shipping and handling charges. Used item for 3 weeks, not satisfied. Received 3 more bottles, and have returned them according to return instructions from website. My credit card has been charged over $100.00. At no time was the items sent with a packing slip or customer service number to call. Recently, once again (6/4/2015) received another bottle.
I am appalled of this treatment especially coming from such well-known and respected Doctors. I want to be compensated of any all all expenses incurred. I have been unable to get in contact with anyone from this company or a customer service department.
3 months ago I saw an ad on Pinterest claiming multiple celebrities backed the Garcinia Cambogia Supliment, like Dr. Oz and Oprah. I thought " Dr. Oz is a d**n smart guy, why not?" I seeked this product for obvious reasons. I wanted to shed fat, like it promised. I paid only $4 and received my first bottle a week or two later. I started taking one then two a day (for a month) and noticed no change. I decided to leave it be and join a gym. The second month after ordering it, a new bottle came in the mail. I questioned it but figured it was apart of the sale I participated in. I hadn't even opened the bottle before a third came in the mail today. I abruptly called the company and demanded, after multiple advances from them to send me 2 more bottle for free, that they stop sending them and cancel my subscription (although I was unaware I had one). I checked through my credit card bills and added up a total of $127 gone. I am utterly pissed and outraged by this company. I would never recommend this to anyone because 1. it doesn't even work and 2. the company is a crock or s**t. They take your money and pretend like nothing happened. I am currently working it out with my bank in hopes of a refund and I wish the best for others who have been ripped off.
I received a shipment of Instant Wrinkle Repair and Official Phytoceramides yesterday from Garcinia Fullfillment, P. O Box 30816, Salt Lake City, UT 84130-0816. I did not buy this merchandise. As a matter of fact, I couldn't possibly take the Official Phytoceramide capsules as I have a medical condition that would prohibit it.
My bank account shows a debit on February 17, 2015 of $13.48 via Paypal, which I have no record of, and my Paypal account does not show this transaction. I did buy some Mary Kay cleanser and Boots No. 7 creams on ebay about the same time this happened. It looks like they have hacked into my ebay account and paypal account.
While browsing online one day, I seen an ad where Oprah Winfrey was discussing with Jennifer Aniston successful trick for losing and maintaining weight. And it was for a product called the Garcinia diet pills. The ad featured a two week free trial for $4.95. I received the pills, but before the two week trial was up, I was already billed. Which of course caused several things in my checking account to bounce. When I called customer service, I was told I was out of luck and there was nothing I could do about it. I kept trying to cancel my account. With each person I spoke to all they kept trying to do was send me more free stuff. For the last 4 months I have received pills. I keep sending them back. But my account never gets credited. At this point they have screwed me out of $80 not to mention the bounced check fees and the embarrassment they've cost me. I called again today for the fifth time and was told that my account was cancelled and I would not be billed or send any more product. They said I would receive a confirmation email stating that my account was cancelled. Still no email. I called back again to hear yes it was definitely cancelled and you will not be sending anything. When I inquired about where my refund was, I was told that I would not be receiving one, because I did not follow the return instructions properly. I understand I will never see my money again. I'm just hoping that I can raise awareness and help other people from being scammed by this company.
Same as others have posted. Charged my card again and I haven't even gotten the product which I thought was a one time order.I used my debit card and my account balance was low so it overdrew it. Its been a month since I ordered the first bottle and I have never gotten it.
Garcinia Ultra promotes that it supports Healthy Weight. I feel the i just got cheated this is advertised for $4.95 for a trial sample of 60 capsules. They did say you could get your money back in 14 days, but NEVER mentioned that they were automatically withdrawing $89.474 and $4.74 from my bank account without my knowledge. In fact, a flash up notice appears after your purchase stating they will NOTdebit your account further!
After the 14 days is passed for you to get your money back, they generously deduct this exhuberant amount of cash without your knowledge from your bank account given to purchase their product. Afair product would write up the details of further automatic purchases. This product is a financial SCAM. I would not purchase it again! Or recomend this to any one and I will make sure I let everyone know about this scam.
In Sept of 2014 I was on Facebook and noticed Dr. Oz had supported Garcinia Cambogia. I clicked on the web site for the trail product ordered the $ 4.95 of Garicinia and the Aloe Cleaner. I tried to go back to the web site and it was gone. There was no terms and agreements listed on the page I was reading.
I received the two bottles at different days and no billing included in package.
It wasn't until I received my credit card and noticed they had charged me a $ 79.74 and $ 89.74 charge. I dId not authorize this order.
I have written letters and returned the products with the promise that I would get a refund. Hasn't happen as of this date. Just sends more bottles and charges.
The letters authorize that I wanted to cancel out of the two products being sent to me. Told them by phone to cancel out.
Only place I found to call was on my credit card bill. When calling sometimes its Utah , others CA etc. all phone operators with different stories to tell.
THIS IS A SCAM
It does not matter what age you are this company is praying on people wanting to better there health and they are just stealing your MONEY.
