All I can say is that I'm out 129.93. Horrible company to deal with. They said they were refunding a portion of my money...only time will tell. If I don't receive the promised refund I will be filing a fraud suit with my credit card company. I feel like the biggest fool ever!
Garcinia Cambogia Plus and Green Coffee Cleanse Ultra. This is a scam and a rip off. Do Not Order this free trial. First they charge you for the shipping and handling $4.95 and $4.98 for the two bottles and then ship them together. After receiving the products, they will charge you for the cost of those products before 30 days. Total charges are $179.88. What they do not tell you when you order is that it is only a free 14 day trial and then they charge you without asking. Supposedly, they explain this in their terms and conditions. So you can not get them for fraud. The product does not work. I actually gained weight when I tryed the product. It is very frustrating trying to get your money back.
I ordered a bottle of garcinia cambogia and was to only pay a shipping charge of $4.95. It was to be for a free bottle to try and only pay for the shipping.
My credit card was charged $149.83 for that bottle sent. On October 9th I was charged another $70.72 for a second bottle they sent me.
As I was ordering a different supplement, I saw an ad for garcina combogia. There was a link to this article, highlighting Dr. Oz endorsing it, and a link to the web site to order the free trial bottle. I ordered the free trial, paid the $4.95 shipping charge on a credit card and received the bottle.
A short time later, I received a 2nd bottle. Honestly, i didn't think much about it. A month later, I received a 3rd bottle and realize4d that I had been scammed. To my surprise, that order for the free trial bottle triggered an automatic renewal for which I would be charged $149.83 for that "Trial" bottle, followed by two more charges of $74.85. Scam an old lady, would you???
Our world didn't used to be like this. Disquested with companies that would stoop to doing business this way. Ashamed and embarrased that I would be stupid enough to allow myself to get ripped off like this.
I decided to try this diet pill and colon cleanse. I authorized the company to take 4.95 from my account for each bottle. This morning i woke up to a 149.83 charge to my account i disputed it with my bank and i tried calling the company.
The number on the pills just kept ringing busy. So i researched the internet and found lots of complaints all over on this company. But here is the worst part yesterday i wasnt feeling well and went to my doctors. I was sitting in the office when i suddenly became ill to my stomach, horrible stabbing chest pains and the security guy said i was turning an ash color.
Security had me called back to the doctors room nurse was taking my blood pressure when suddenly i became sweaty and clamy feeling she informed me my blood pressure was 140 over 100. They immediately did an emergency EKG but by the tim i was all hooked up the symptoms and stopped and my heart was ok for the time being. Per my doctors orders i'm now on baby asprin everyday and i have to take a stress test to see if any damage has been done to my heart.
So this morning i called cussing and screaming at the company about how they tried to kill me and now they want me to pay them 149.83 i told them i will be sueing them if there is not a full reversal on my card. They told me to send the product back with a return merchandise number they gave me on the phone. So i'm returning the product and they are saying it will take up to 2 weeks to recieve and process it.
My bank is also disputing it as i only autorized knowingly 4.95 twice not the 149.83 they took. I will post an update as soon as i get any results medically so you can be informed or financially so you know how to handle theses thieves.
I had the same thing happen to me. I called the company and they gave me the run-a-round. I gave them every opprotunity to make it right with me and they chose not to. I am now disputing the charges of $149.83 and one for $74.85. They are complete scammers.
I wish I could have seen the RipoffReport first. I ordered the product $4.95 trial can cancell at anytime for no additional charge. Bull. Don't use. Not only do you not loose any weight it can cause your heart beat to increase. I thought maybe it was body getting use to the product at first. Not! I called and emailed stating I was having problems. I do not want anymore product. Do Not Charge me additional. They still charged me. Still Fighting. If you want something like this go to your local health food store and you can buy supplements there. At least you get what you paid for. This is Bogus!!!
My report is the same as the previous report except that I did not receive a "friendly fraud" information sheet.
I recieved my free trial. Took as recommended. It did nothing for me. Today I recieved a new bottle in the mail. In this shipment I did get the "friendly fraud" information sheet. I called the company to cancel and to return the merchandise to get a refund. They told me it was already charged and too late to get a refund. That is when I checked my credit card statement and discovered they charged me for my "free" trial.
Yes, I should have read the terms and conditions but, it should have been easier to do so.
Saw an article, probably an ad, in a local on-line newsletter regarding garcina combogia. There was a link to this article, highlighting Dr. Oz endorsing it, and a link to the web site to order the free trial. I ordered the free trial, paid the $4.95 shipping charge on a credit card and received the bottle. Inside the package was a notice that said “Read This, Friendly Fraud”. Instantly I became concerned and wrote customer service, told them not to send any further product and not to charge my card. I received a response from them stating their "terms and conditions" which was not included in the flashy place to order the free trial. Checked the web site and then continued to scan through the remainder of the info on this link. Then at the very bottom in light fine print, was a link to the “terms and conditions". That’s where I found info.
They claim in order to cancel my account (didn't know I had one, only an order number) I would have to send back the product or send them $49.90. I cancelled my credit card, they will be uable to charge it now, and will probably not send further product. I don't know what will happen, but will fight paying $49.90 for a free trial. Their hook seems to be saying Dr. Oz ordorsed the product and even include a video of him talking about garcia cambogia.
