11/4/2014 - I called 8883199684 and received a message… the number is not currently in service.
11/4/2014 – I called 8889605593 and spoke to customer service rep. who said they are not affiliated with Green Coffee & I must have purchased it elsewhere. He canceled my account with Garcinia-Cambogia. Ref. number C2598958
11/4/2014 – I called 8669734551 spoke to customer service rep. who again said they are not affiliated with Green Coffee & I must have purchased it elsewhere.
12/10/2014 – I called 866-973-4551 and spoke to a customer service rep. who again said they are not affiliated with Green Coffee & I must have purchased it elsewhere. He said he did see that I was charged 65.65 but it was Oct. 31st and I’m requesting a refund too late based on their policy. I argued that I didn’t order or receive green coffee and I want my money ($65.65) back. He said it was shipped and I should check with my local post office. He kept putting me on hold off and on again and saying the same thing over & over. Then he offered a 15% refund. “I said NO I will take this up with my bank and get a lawyer if necessary.” Then he said he would give me a total refund of $65.65 and that I should have it within 2-3 business days.
