I had four charges on my ATM card from Garcinia Cambogia. It appeared in my bank statements as a "Recurring Charge," twice with "8552694263OFFICIAL, NV"; once with "my phyto customer.serv"; and once with "GCACAMS." All charges were for various amounts: $4.74, $89.74, $79.74, and $39.74. (I'm not entirely sure if the "phyto customer.serv" is related to Garcinia Cambogia, but it said "recurring charge.")
I remember receiving something in the mail from Garinia Cambogia---It seemed like wrinkle cream and some pills. I threw it away, thinking it was an advertisement or promo product of some sort. I didn't order it.
I called my bank to report the fraud. They credited my account with the money and filed a claim. They also cancelled my ATM card and issued me a new one, so that there could be no more recurring charges.
All i wanted to do lose weight so i figured i try this product. They said one time trial fee of $6.98 and then i continue to see monthly charges but no products and i try to cancel no one was answering their phones nor corsponding my emails im getting mighty piss off at this point. I need solutions please.
This stuff is a joke, if garcinia does what it says it does, then the crap i got was fake or worse.my biggest problem came when i tried to cancel this product.i called their 1-800 number and did what it said to do to cancel.to my suprise another 85 dollars was charged to my credit card.i called again,this time i talked to someone i could not understand.i told him to cancel this crapfor good.he told me( i think he said ) he would give it to me for half price.after screaming at him for at least 20 seconds( it was probably longer ) i told him to cancel this crap once and for all.if you want to try this crap BEWARE
I saw this add on the Dr. Oz show and decided to give it the free trial. I was charged $10.92 for the trial bottle which I received on February 13, 2015
On February 07, 2015 this company charge my account $179.34 for this product. Totalling $190.26.
I called the company and request they put my money back into my account, because I did not received their product. Thany have refused to refund my the $190.26.
I mailed the product back to them and hopefully they will refund me. They were not nice concerning this matter.
I asked for a Supervisor and the refused to do so.

Jennifer Hudson mentioned how she lost so much weight from taking this priduct. I decided prior to ordering to look up the complaints first. Could not believe what I was reading. Reading all the information made me not sign up. I did goggle it and would like anyone would may want to try it to go to Walmart. They sell the same thing for $9.99 and the coffee beans for $8.99. GMC also sells it for $13.99 and Walgreen sells it for $12.99. Where this will not get your money back, it could help someone who would like to try it and not get ripped off In the process.

All it said was that i pay shipping for the pills. my account was charged 99 dollars per bottle (I received 2). Found a fine print statement on the illegitimate site that states money back guarantee for unsatisfied customers. Called customer service, was told that my account could not be found, then asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor and when I finally said yes, he said no supervisor was available. Told me good luck with trying to get my money back and that he couldn't help me and hung up in my face.
I called back and another person told me he was the acting supervisor but could not my account. Finally called a different number and received two phony sounding addresses to send the product back to. I called over and over again to see if a female would answer but it was the same male voice, which he attempted to camouflage and told me several different names each time. No supervisor was called, and I truly don't think I'll get my money back even after I send the crappy pulls back. I am going to apply for a new debit card since I truly believe that they will try to charge my account again even after canceling. Stupid scam artists!
This product made me very ill when taking it. I have contacted the company several times over the last month trying to get my refund. The money was taken out of my account without a warning. I call every week asking where my refund is and I get the same person. He claims I will receive it within 5 to 10 business days and it has been over a month. I asked to speak with a manager or seupervisor and he always claims they are on vacation. I am so irritated and I just want my money back. I have received emails stated I will get my refund, but it has been over a month. I am at a loss and cannot afford to lose the money they have taken.
After many advirtisements on Facebook, I decided to try the new weightloss product Garcinia Cambogia. Although the product did not work for me, my compliant is not about the quality of the product..
My compliant is about the extra charges they put on my credit card! The introductory price was $5.95 for one product and $4.95 for the other. One month later there was a charge of $87.47 on my credit card. When I called the company the representative was rude and said everyone else that had called that day about the extra charge just accepted it and was not demanding like I was.
I concede that there may have been something in tiny print on the web site about this charge, but I did not see it, and I looked carefully because I know about this kind of scam.
After a much heated debate and after I said I would have the bank charge this back to her company, she agreed to a 50% refund. I still feel that I have been taken advantage of.
This type of sales technique must be stopped!

I looked online at this product that helps you loose weight. I put my Information in the computer but did not click submit. I was charged the next day for a product in which I did not authorize. I called my bank and found out. I called the company called Garcinia Cambogia and the Rep named Lisa claimed that I was a liar and that I ordered it. She would not stop the shipment either!!She said that I would have to return it and pay for shipping with delivery notification along with a 15 percent restocking fee once the item is returned for something I never agreed on ordering to begin with.
They are a hug Scam. They are stealing from people!! I received the product and filed a claim with my Bank. I got the product 2 weeks later and Lisa clamed that you only have 14 days to return the product if your not happy with it. I just got it in the mail 3 days ago and I did not even open it.
