I ordered online what i thought was a 30 day supply of weigh loss tablets called garcinia adv! They sent me a 30 day supple and charged me $4.95 to ship them. No where on the website did i read they would charge me $89.95 for more after a 14 day trial of the pills!! I would NOT have ordered them cuz thats ridiculous!! Now if it said 30 day trial, maybe, and that a big maybe because i am skeptical. When i called them after the 14 days passed and they took my money, the lady was very very rude and she said she would email my cancellation and not refund any money to me. So essentially i got charged 90 dollars for NOTHING!! I am very mad about this and i want these people stopped!!!
The advertisement is FAULTY at best! The ad reads free 1 month supply if you pay the shipping! The Dirty Details listed in fine print on another page says something totally different!
You have to CANCEL in 14 days in order NOT to be CHARGED the FULL amount of the "FREE" sample you wanted! Paying over $75 monthly for an autoship you never wanted is a ripoff!
Calling to cancel is "easy" but getting a refund for this trickery is ludacris. Eventually I was offered 15% of the last monthly charge. $13 from a $75+ charge for something I never ordered just chaps me!!
I noticed an Advertisement for garcinia advanced and cleanse pro, I signed up for the free trial on both products and agreed to pay shipping. Both products shipped to me however before I was able to try them my wife and I were both in a motor vehicle accident. After we recovered and were back home we logged in to our bank to pay bills and noticed we were charged over $160.00 U.S. Dollars for the products and after calling the company were informed that those charges are non refundable. I decided since I had payed for them i may as well try them. the first day I tryed the product it made me ill. I felt like I had a bad case of caffiene shakes and ended up vomiting.

I am checking my bank account, a couple of weeks later and I see 2 charges, one for $89 and one for $79.
At that point I contacted the very tiny phone number on the bottle. You get transferred to an automated machine, that will disconnect you. I looked at the very tiny website printed on the bottle, Once you go to the website, if you look high and low, you will find the 14 day disclosure. Mind you, unless you are really paying attention, you dont' even realize what the 14 trial start date was.
I contacted them, they gave me the runaround, told me the terms were clear and suck it up basically.
Although they didn't send me a confirmation email when I ordered, they said they could send me a cancellation confirmation email. I'm still waiting. I believe they are located out of the country, they had indian accents.
Bank said they would try to help me get the funds back, but they went ahead and canceled my credit card to avoid further charges.
This is a huge rip off. The ad shows a picture of the mother of Honey Boo Boo and says she lost over 100 lbs. I ordered the trial bottle for only the cost of the shipping. The 14 day trial begins the day the order is placed. It doesn't matter how long it takes to arrive. If it takes 6 days, then you have eight days left of your trial period. and that isn't business days. It's calender days. Then, on the 14th day after ordering, you are sent another bottle for a cost of $89,98, Boom. Your wallet is $90.00 dollars lighter. Do not fall for this scam!
I ordered a bottle of garcinia advanced on 03/18/2014 for $4.95 dollars and I Never realized that coming with 14 days of trial. I though that for 30 days supplement (60 capsules in the bottle) could help me to decide to buy or not another bottle. However on 04/07/2014 they TOOK $89.95 from my Visa Debit WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I call them the same day and ask them for my refund and cancelled supposedly the membership. They refused to refund my money of $89.95 and immediately sent me an email cancelled my membership with date of 04/05/2014. I don't get my refund neither the product they say already sent me to my address. I went to my local bank and wrote a complain about this transaction NEVER AUTHORIZED FOR ME. The bank sent me a letter as result of the investigation and they said ""unfortunately, we are unable to assist with your claim at this time as the merchant has not violated any Visa ruler or regulations""......Do you belief that??? It's amazing the response of my bank!!!! But after get my complete refund back of $89.95 from the garcinia advance I will keep it open my account with block to avoid they will take more money without my authorization. After that I will close the account and change my businnes with other bank....Also I will go to the BBB to file the complaint against this FRAUDULENT GARCINIA ADVANCED COMPANY.
