Ordered from an ad on Yahoo.com Mail. Received the products Garcina Advance and Cleanse Pro 4 days later. They say that you get a 14 day free trial and then you can cancel if not satisfied. There is also 100% satisfaction guarantee in the ad.
I called to cancel and was told that I would owe for the product that I had, (at that time they offered me $14.95 to keep the product) so I should keep using the product for the complete trial period. I called back to cancel and was told that I would owe for the product because it was one day over the trial period which started the day I placed the order. I told them that I didn't receive the product to try so how could you call that part of the trial period. They were very stern about their terms and conditions on the start of the trial period. I was told that the charge would go on my account and they offered me a 15% discount, then a 25%, and last a 50%. I mentioned the $14.95 price offered me and they told me that it was offered during the 14 day trial. I told them that I wanted to cancel and send the product back several times. Finally they gave me an RMA # and address to send the products back. I will have to pay shipping. You have to watch because both products are from different company's which is not in the ad. When I called to cancel that's when I found out they were different company's. I thought it was from one company because it was on one ad. So buyer beware to call both company's to cancel...when you ship the products back they both go to the same warehouse same address. What a Scam!!!! If you are going to get a 14 day trial it should be when you receive the product to try! Besides they should only send you a 14 day supply so you are not being charged $89.95 from one company and $79.95 from they other. I will be reporting the fraudulent practices of this offer. I hope this helps others not to be taken..
