Josh, suposedly the "Store Manager" helped us out. He said something went wrong and the card might be the reason. I saw it go through but he said it'd be refunded so I took his word for it. We came back later that day because I didn't feel comfortable about what had happened earlier. He said it would take 3-5 days. That day was a Saturday. (14th of March 2015.) I skipped Sunday because it was the weekend. My husband went on Thursday (19th of March 2015) Josh was not there but they called him. Josh claimed that the refund had already gone through and yet nothing has been refunded and that we needed to contact the bank. The bank said we would most likely have to file a fraud report. Almost sure he kept the card and didn't refund it.
