Further Reach Internet Service was recommended by the local Tech Center as a good high speed internet provider.
I paid $125 instilation, then $70 a month until the service declined to the point I was considering cancelling, except I had only had the service two months and I had paid $125 to have it installed. So I reduced it to $30 a month, their slow speed economy rate. I had that rate for two months before my VOIP phone was hacked. When my phone rang I could hear a phone ringing elsewhere in the building.
I ignored this until I had other problems with my internet connection. Then I disconnected my handset and called my internet phone on my cell phone. I heard the ringing elsewhere in the building then someone picked it up and hung up.
The next day I forwarded my internet phone number to my cell number. I got two calls in Spanish from strangers. Then nothing.
I contacted the police. They told me to contact the BBB and FCC, which I have done. Besides that I am sharing my experience here.
