I purchased a rabbit fur coat. When it finally came, which was a week later than initially stated by the shipping information, it was shedding so much I couldn't wear it out.
I contacted customer service to see if they can recommend a way to stop this. After they told me to brush it out and it only made things worse, I told them I will need to ship it back because the coat is clearly defective (I've owned other fur products before and it was never this bad).
CS Rep told me that I can ONLY ship it via USPS and it would cost a maximum of $8.00. When I actually went to ship the product it turned out to be $27.00. Since there was no other way to ship it ,as the CS told me, I paid for shipping and emailed them to refund me the difference of $19.00. They told me that I should have contacted them earlier (after I already did!) and that they could have gotten me a cheaper shipping label for return via UPS. They obviously lied about USPS being the only viable option, but once everything was done they said OH WELL you could have used UPS.
I am not interested in paying $30.00 for a defective product just to try it on and ship it back. Horrible customer service and they FILTER THEIR REVIEWS on their website so that only 5-stars show up. THEY ARE FRAUD! Stay away!!!
