Fun Times Travel, and Travel Services Store......I was told I would recieve 2 "free" for going to a seminar for 90 min. airline tickets and 2 free cruses. I recieved the paperwork and the Airline tickets was required to send a $99.00 dollar money order. I sent the form and $99.00, I recieved a leinghthy form today they requested another $99.00 per person and a $49.00 per person fee. I simply would like my money back and I support a class action law suit against this company if I do not recieve any funds back. Beware, Don't get ripped off like I did, fortunantly it was $99.00 and not the entire 10K they wanted to join the jokers travel company ! They said they had a % star rating with the BBB and if you google them they wont be found on the BBB.
I attended a travel seminar and was provided an incentive that included two promotions:
1. Round trip airfare for two within the Continental US and a 3 day/2 night hotel stay PLUS a $100 dining certificate.
2. 3-7 night Carnival Cruise Certificate for two to Baja Mexico, Mexican Riviera the Caribbean or Bahamas.
After sending this crooked company two certified funds checks in the amount of $200 and $273, I received a form via US Mail to complete for dates of travel. That was completed promptly and returned.
After ZERO reply from the travel company, I reached out numerous time via e-mail and phone to no avail. I've gotten in touch with a receptionist and a RUDE travel agent that then wanted me to pay full price for a cruise. To this date (8 months later), I have yet to receive anything from this company. In fact, search "Fun Times Travel Philadephia" and take a look at how many times this company has been listed for scam, ripoff, etc.
I have contacted at attorney and local news stations in an attempt to collect on monies that albeit are non-refundable but nothing has been received. NOTHING. I have tried unsuccessfully to reach a manager or owner that would take a call. The receptionist is rude and any travel associate you reach gets you nowhere. They hang up. DO NOT send one dime to this company.
Please let me know if any parties are interested in pursuing a lawsuit.
Fun Times Travel offered two round trip tickets from Minneapolis,MN to anywhere Delta flies except Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Included is a three day two nite hotel stay for two at a Hiltons Hotel. We had to listen to their presentation for 3 hours. We had to pay $99 each only by cashiers check. Then we were only given 5 destinations and expected to pay upgrade charges ; holiday surcharges, peak season charges, travel protection, etc. They also offered a $100 restaurant dining card that is not redeemable until you pay them an additional $296 reservation fee and a promotional fee of $49 each. None of these charges or restrictions so we're mentioned upfront. No reservations and no refund! What a scam this is. I hope I can save innocent people from their predatory deceit and thievery!!

They sent back another letter and form and ask us to pay another service fee $98 and $198 for deposit with cashier check. When they received those cashier checks, they never contact us again. We try to call them and talked to lady and found out that they were cheating company. I researched and found out this company have been cheating a lot of people in the same way they cheated us. I don’t think, I will get good resolve, because this company still operates over 10 years. I don’t know why government allow them continue to do this kind of business, but I hope that one day the government will stop them to cheat people. Please help us and many victims to stop this company to cheat more people. Thank you for your help.
