What Fuller Law is doing is against the law. Call and turn them in. Keep the recorded messages they send you then sue them for harassment. Oh and they cant tell you they will put you in jail.
I received a call from them saying I owed $597 plus collection fees for a loan taken out in 2010. They had a lot of my bank and personal information so I called my bank and froze my account. They are very convincing by stating a warrant was issued for my arrest and I needed to pay them or face a large bail amount to be released from jail. I paid them nothing but saw on your site another identical report from last week so wanted to make everyone aware of this scam.
Got a call today from the number 1-832-539-4477, they claimed that I have a payday loan that has been done fraudulently , they claim I applied for it with a closed bank account and that I am facing felony charges and jail time .... They said I had to pay at the end of the day a total of $1022.85... They said if i did not pay they will have the DA process the papers and have me brought to jail tomorrow ... I never had any phones calls from a collector , they said they sent notices to my address and the address they have is from many many years ago , they claim to not be a fraud company... How can someone threaten you with jail time if you have not received any notices about anything . Has anyone ever had this happen to you ?? It is really scary and I am a single mother and I've been freaking out all day .
When end you google search the number it does. It come up . I waa dumb and gave them the crefit card info and it was trying to run by " vantage point services" the phone number they called from is from texas.... These people are located in NY.
I received a call from this (661-302-4258)group (FULLER LAW GROUP) stating that I had a payday loan check that is fraud. I spoke to 4 different people while i was on the phone with them. they stated that they were contacted by the attorney general to get this matter resolved. Said that if i didnt take care of this by 2:00 PM EST and it was 12:30 at this time that a warrent would be issued for my arrest. yes it freaked me out and i almost sent the money. They stated that i needed to pay 926.89 by the time frame. they either wanted me to give them a credit card # over the phone or i could send the money by money gram. i called the local sherrifs office and explained to them and they stated that it was a scam and to not send the money because that is not the way it works and that the local attorney general would not hire someone from another state to handle things like this. they wanted me to send the money by money gram to Payment Management Solutions but to make sure i leave the city and state blank on the form. the people that i spoke with there was a Ms. Banks, Mr. Beasley and a Frank Johnson. Please be aware that this is a scam.
I even ask who did i write the check to and for what amount but they never would answer them questions. I am now getting calls from some number out of NC from a Pre Litigation office about this. I do not answer their calls or return the calls. If it is for real I will just wait for the officer to show up at my door.

They called and left a message at my place of employment asking if anyone their could get ahold of me and left a mildly threating message. Called the 817-310-9178 number and they stated I owe for payday loans wanted a credit card number to make sure that further action and arrests would not occur. Advised them I knew they were a scam and hung up.
