I,ve received 4 ladies watches to date. Never signed up for any. Have been billed $49.95 for each watch. Would like cancellation but they never send any information. Probably would have preferred to have Men's watches in the first place. Can't figure out what's going on and why?
FSwatches promoted a watch for $5.99. The offer popped up when I was online with a cruise ship company, and I thought the offer came from them. I purchased the watch. The next month, I was charged $95, which I missed on my credit card. The following month I was billed $49.95. I immediately cancelled my credit card. 2 days later, another watch showed up.
I phoned my credit card company, and they phoned FSwatches. I apparently didn't optout of a monthly club (even though I looked at my paperwork when the first watch arrived to look for such a system.) So the credit card company can't help me, and I am stuck with these fees.
FS watches will not accept returns. I have sent an email (with a saved copy) to opt out in the future, and I filed a complaint with the BBB and with my congressman.
How can this be legal, but if the Bank of America says I have to pay it, then it must be. The laws need to be changed to protect the consumer in the future. Opt-outs should not be legal. There should be a signature required for an opt-in to such companies.

I too was scammed by this and the company is full aware of the "Scam" and actually told me that the BBB was already aware of this when I told them I was gonna call them on the company... finally after a round and round with them I was refunded for the 2nd watch .. and my acct canceled but still stuck with the bill of 100 for the first watch .. so they think for my bank says they too can dispute this action for me and I will have it done .. please beware these watches all can be purchased for a minimal price at your local target store ... ..

I have called and requested this watch scam be stopped but they continue to come. I have filled a fraud case with my
credit card company and expect return of all of my money.
