I normlly don't complain, but i was taken advantage of by frontier communcation. I HAVE been with the company for like 7 yrs and no problems, then i had a heart attack and couldn't pay all my bill so i paid on it and got behind, but i always paid what they want me to stay on. Well a few months ago i got one stating that if i dont pay the much they will shut me off well gave me a date and time as well. i said ok i will def pay that but a few days after i revided the letter and a week before the shut off date they shut me off. Well i called and they had no record of shutting me off and i said really because im off. Well after some lookin they finally found where they did shut it off and said if i payed $226.04 i would be turned back on. Well that Friday i paid that and waited 24 hrs like i said they would and nothing and then i called back and they said our mistake u have to pay $206.00 more to get turn back on and i asked 5 times and 4 other reps is that all no hidden fees and no surprises right and they said nope that is it ......wrong third lie this company did and everytime throw it in there face they just ignore it and well after all that paid still not on and i called back and they sid ohhhhh u have to pay 60 more dollar and we will def turn it back on. Then i went off after much arguring i paid that amout and after a few days of hell with the company and a few house visits it was finally on but this company is a rip off and if was any where to go i would jump in a heart beat and they know that
