I got a call from Freedom Services saying they can eliinate my payday loans and get me debt free. I signed up and started paying them instead of my loans. I even closed my account as they advised me to.
after 2 months my lenders told me they have never received any paperwork from any company and that if i dont pay them soon they will be taking me to court. I called and after being put on hold and transferred from one line to the other I finally spoke to the manager named Amber.
I explained my situation, she assured me the paperwork went out but since they were threatening to take me to coourt they cannot handle my loans because they are "pre-legal" they werent pre-legal when i first signed up. she refused to refund my money and now my loan companies are taking me to court. she was very loud and rude with me and made me feel like it was my fault that i was being sued.
I asked for the name of this lawyer who wrote up my paperwork and she said they have no lawyer in the office! How can you be a legal document preparation company as your website says and have no lawyer in the office? the whole company is a scam, they are rude and will only take your money and you will still have to pay back your loans. Please do not sign up with this company.
