First let me say, they claim to be in Kentucky but when I reverse searched the phone numbers (after getting scammed!), they are landlines for Seattle, WA and Los Angelos, CA.
I ordered a course for $250 via Western Union (plus $25 fee). As they claim to be all about getting off of the grid and out of the money system, I felt OK about using Western Union. The other option is Bitcoin.
After paying, you are told to email them the code. Did that. Got a "thank you" back. Waited about 20 minutes, then emailed asking when I would receive the materials and how. Got a response that they would come "this afternoon" via Hogodoc.com
I thought, well, still sounds legit. But then the hours rolled by with no materials coming in. Being that they were SUPER responsive, calling, having conversations, etc before I paid, it felt odd that now nothing was coming through.
So I started contacting them, first cordially, then realizing that they were scamming me.
I only spoke with one woman "Love" though the site references others.
I searched for reviews, etc on the site prior to purchase but could find nothing. They have over 500K likes on their Facebook page, a Twitter account, Instagram, and Pinterest. I am not sure how nobody has reported them or why there are no reviews anywhere except their website. They also disabled comments on the YouTube page.
So, here I am, money gone, Western Union says you have to wait 15 days before they will report it, with no product.
Don't fall for it! Ugh. This is my first rip off ever!!
