We hired Frank last summer to remodel two baths and replace a bedroom floor. first couple of weeks went well then all of a sudden the work would slow down or stop. he and his crew would show up for 4 hour or less and leave. he had us buy all items at the beginning so we had supplied sitting in the garage for months. When i attempted to return overage I was advised it was too long, however the store finally gave me credit. we had a stack of tile that he claimed was defective that he was going to return, do not know what happen to it. Also he was going to have another client purchase excess tile we had, we never received any funds. as for the bathroom and bedroom floors, I just paid Coit 600.00 plus to make them look decent. the floor is not level. the ceiling is cracked where they put up new walls. My partner called and called with no return calls. the last time we saw him is when he picked up his saw and also took another workmen's equipment, i am sure that was by mistake since his supplies were in our garage for over 6 months. I would never recommend him to anyone. Not sure if he is licensed or not and we never got a contract, our fault. Now I am selling the house and will never remodel again.
