I got a thing in the mail saying if I don't. pay $1500 to Franklin Collection for unpaid hospital bills then they will take me to court. Well I called and talked to them then I got off the phone I added up all my bills and realized I can't afford $78 a month. So I call back and talk to Britney the supervisor and I tell her everything. My husband works I don't right now I just had our first child 3 weeks ago and she has the nerve to say ''so you getting pregnant and having a kid is your excuse not to pay your bills?'' that really made me mad. You don't talk about somebody's child. She was threatening me and being very mean to me. This company are breaking all the rules and treating their clients very rudely. So I called my bank and got Franklin Collection in the list to were they can't. take any money out of mine and my husband account cause they have our account number. If they take me to court then oh well they have NO right to treat people like this... my husband and I are barely even making it. Franklin collection needs to be shut down. Also on their website it says they accept money order,check,debit or credit card,they said on the phone they only accept check or debit. That's false advertising on their website.
