Fortios (Frank) Geivelis, Jr. Extremely Deliberate
Fortios (Frank) Geivelis, Jr. signed a promissory note in November 2006 for borrowed funds. Frank borrowed a total of $47,000 from me with much pressure and story for needed emergency money for a two week period otherwise his legs were going to be broken because of his failure to meet a commitment. Frank said that Pamela Batchelder who had stated that she had obtained funding for his WorldWide Development Company failed to deliver the funds. Frank promised to repay within 2 weeks as he was waiting for the line of credit for which he had been approved through Wachovia Bank from which he produced a letter of credit which upon later investigation the individual identified as issuing and signing the Wachovia Banks loan letter was interviewed and denied ever having written the letter and no loan transaction ever took place. Frank further provided as collateral for the short period for the borrowed money from me a deed for a piece of Florida property which upon investigation a realtor researched and found that the deed was never recorded and the property was actually in foreclosure. Conversations, emails, and voice mails from Frank stated promises to repay the $47,000. In fact on one occasion, Frank stated he had already wired the $47,000 to my bank account and could not understand why the funds had not yet arrived. In 2007 an attorney tracked Frank down to an office in another state which Frank had listed. The office replied to the attorneys inquiry to speak to Frank that Frank no longer worked at the office. Within 3-4 minutes of the attorneys call, Frank returned the call to the attorney at the number the attorney had left with the office. Frank stated he had every intention of repayment within a couple of weeks and was arranging payment as he spoke.
Frank is extremely deliberate. As of February 2012 Frank has not repaid a penny of the $47,000 nor has he made any attempt to do so. He has all contact information to be able to repay the $47,000.
