We hired Frank after many of my coworkers had decks and fences installed at their homes.
Frank visited, showed up in a nice white pickup truck with company logo and attached trailer.
gave us an estimate and asked for a couple thousand for deposit to order the fencing.
The day of delivery, nothing showed up, i called Frank, and was told, due to the heavy rain, (good lie) they'd be by soon after.
a week comes and goes. I start calling fencing supply companies (not that many in south jersey) and finally find the supplier that knows of 'frank' Was told he owes them money.
So i call frank again. leave message. nothing.
drive to his 'store' in Runnemede area. its closed up and abandoned.
I look up his house in Runnemede and see a different beat to hell, with expired ins. sticker. same trailer though.
more attempts to reach Frank failed, and i "heard" from the courts that he ran off to Florida with approximately $80,000 of mine and other people's deposits.
Now i get a $10 check every so often from the Camden county courts for garnished wages or related.
I'm assuming I'm getting some money, because all we had was a deposit, no work was done.
